Colony construction update information helps residents understand who will be working on the property and what to expect during each phase.
Construction brings progress, but it can also bring questions.
Who will be working on the property? How will construction traffic move through the area? Will residents continue to have safe access during each phase?
Without clear information, even normal construction activity can feel confusing or disruptive. That is why Colony Retirement Homes is sharing this Colony construction update before work begins.
Meet the Dellbrook Team
Dellbrook has identified the field and office professionals who will help manage the project.
The field team includes Kevin Botti, Frank Landers, Keegan Lloyd, and Zach Walker. The office team includes Jen Patel, Carli Dantas, and Derek Power. Together, they will oversee construction, project coordination, and site safety.

A Clear Plan for the Property
The preliminary construction plan shows how work areas, traffic, fencing, entrances, equipment, and resident access may be organized throughout the project.
The plan includes:
- Designated construction traffic routes
- Fenced work areas with controlled gates
- Stabilized construction entrances
- A field office and equipment areas
- Temporary roads and resident access routes
- Separate plans for Building A and Building B construction phases
These plans are designed to help organize the work while maintaining access around the property.

How Residents Will Stay Informed
A Dellbrook phone number for general questions or concerns will be shared closer to the start of construction.
Emergency contact information will also be posted on the construction gates. Dellbrook plans to provide updates every two weeks on the Community Room bulletin board, while Colony will use One-Call for more urgent notices.
Progress With Clear Communication
Construction may bring temporary changes, but residents will not be left without information.
By introducing the project team, sharing the preliminary site plans, and providing regular updates, Colony Retirement Homes is working to keep residents informed throughout the process.
Know the team. Understand the plan. Stay informed.
